Running hour based maintenance - running hour update

Hi experts,

We started the running hour based maintenance.

We update the running hour (measurement document) once a month.

But whenever i update the running hour once a month, this caution message always popped up.

"Caution : last counter entry more than 3 days ago"

So I want to know it means that the update cycle i have is too long and i have to update the running hour

at least once in 3 days.

Please share some advices regarding this.
