Heavy Data Loads Handling in SAP CPI

Dear Experts,

Please confirm single iflow of CPI Will support more 2lakhs records?

My scenario is scheduler it could get more than 2lakhs record from API Service and Upsert the same, Due to thinking of memory constrain, Performance and time of the iflow, is it good to have handle in single iflow only or we can split the iflows into process direct?
