Product in Subscription Billing using Rate Plans With and Without a Price Scheme

I have a product in the system that currently has multiple rate plans attached to it that were made without a price scheme. I notice in the SB Application that it shows "Rate Plans without Pricing Scheme" on this product, but whenever I try to create a new rate plan, none of the rate plan templates associated with the pricing schemes are showing. Can a product have rate plans with and without pricing schemes, or is it only one or the other?

Hi Curtis,

it's "only one or the other".
You get some detailed information in a pop-up when creating the first rate plan within a product:

"A product can only have rate plans with the same pricing source, that is either with pricing scheme or without pricing scheme. After you create the first rate plan with selected pricing source, all other rate plans for the product will be based on the same pricing source."
