SAP B1 HANA LIVE DB - Connectivity to the DB is Lost

Dear Experts,

We are frequently facing, bellow attached error for some users.

Please advice how to solve this, and please give a permanent solution for this.

We have tried SLD database user refresh option in SLD, it solves the problem for the time being but after some time the issue occurs again.
