One-time customer in CFIN

Hello Experts,

I am new to CFIN, while trying to load FI data from source system to target system in monitor simulate posting, I am facing error like enter name and city for one time customer error no: f5266.

Both customer account group in source and target are one time only.

Could anyone help me how to handle this.
