Pre-Day1 Feature

Hi,

As Pre Day 1 provides SF access to candidate before their joining date in the organization. It creates a Temporary User ID in BIZ X when PHV is completed in Onboarding. Since this feature cannot use in SSO enabled environments, i would like to understand what is the impact of Partial SSO enabled. Can both options SSO and Partial SSO enabled at the same time and if yes, what are the impacts to existing setup as only SSO enabled.

Is Pre Day 1 feature required to have complete paper work tile to be appear on the latest home page?

In our case, new hire gets access to the system only after completing the orientation and how does it work.

We are on Onboarding 1.0.
