Fiori elements list report cds defined actions not showing

Hello,

we created a fiori elements list report based on a simple RAP model which has two actions in its behavior definition. The action(buttons) are not shown in the BAS App preview nor after deployment on an abap server.

When opening the app via the fiori elements app preview in eclipse the action buttons are shown.

Also older Fiori Element List Reports which previously showed action buttons flawlessly, do not show them anymore in BAS or after a fresh deployment (already deployed versions work).

The buttons however technically seem to be there
