SAP PM integration with HR module in S4 HANA



I'm currently using S4 HANA 2020 in my project. I wanted to know in order for user/ employees to get work orders or notifications in their work flow, is HR mini master mandatory along with Business Partner setup for the employees?

May I know what minimum amount of data is required to create Employee BP as well as HR mini master infotypes/fields for integration with PM to work?

Also could you help with the configuration steps if any.

My Client are currently using Success Factors.

And if MRS is going to be used, would the above setup be enough as well?
