CTS+ Transport Import Issue for CPI

Hello Experts,

We are trying to implement CTS+ direct mechanism for our tenants which are on Cloud Foundry space. We have created 2 non-ABAP systems on Solution Manager system corresponding to the 2 tenants and setup the TMS landscape accordinly as documented by SAP in their CTS+ guide. On BTP for our source subaccount we have created all the instances and destinations along with Cloud connector setup. When we are triggering the request from source tenant, the transport is generated on the solution manager system but when we are trying to import this transport into our target system the transport returns a return code 4. When we check on our target cpi tenant, we can't see the imported object. As per SAP, the return code should ideally be 0 as per the documentation. Could you please help us understand what could be done to have our transport import with return code 0. We have done all the checks on solution manager system. The systems, SM59 connection parameters, Application Type (SCP_CF), Transport Route are all setup as per the guide. Is their an additional setup needed in our solution manager system or source/target subaccount to get this working ?

This contains an additional property named 'External Deployers' in yellow status. We are not sure why this in yellow status since we are not able to retrieve error information by clicking on it.
