Demos getting stuck in playback

Hi ! My demo projects are getting stuck during playback mode. For example demos get stuck on a single (random) step and wont move. Another example is that demos take so much time to move between steps, or also, the text to speech might not start automatically when I play the demo... I know that this is not an internet connection issue because this has been happening with all our users even if they had extremely high speed internet (also, we have rechecked all required browser and PC settings with our IT team). However, I believe that this problem only occurs when I add text to speech to my projects. If anyone has ever encountered a similar problem, I would appreciate the advice since I have been contacting SAP Support for a while now and haven't gotten any tangible help yet. Thanks!

Hi Lynn,

Given this, I would raise an SAP support ticket using the Component ID KM-SEN-PRO because someone will need to take a closer look at this issue.

Hi Lynn,

I have never encountered Demo mode Simulations stopping/pausing randomly during playback. I have encountered issues with audio in Chrome but not pausing. If you are playing back in Chrome and the audio does not start, should add your Enable Now URL to the Allowed to Play Sound section of the Sound settings in the Site Settings in Chrome. The Site Settings are in the Privacy and Security section of the Chrome settings.

Hi Shane, thanks for the reply. I am encountering this problem regardless of browser type... And it's not just about audio stopping it's also about video freezing at a certain step without acheiving the action that it's meant to do.
