Reinspection for the rejection lot

Hi All

1.We have requirement. While doing UD what are the quantities accepted for that quantity only .we will do good receipt. Rest of quantity will not consider there is no traceability.

2.Rejected quantity should be carried out 100% inspection .with automatic creation of new inspection lot and different number range for identifying purpose whether the lot is reinspection lot or regular lot.

can anybody guide how i can achieve this..

Few question

1. what is the inspection type you are using in the first step (for which you are making UD).

2. Is it stock posting relevant?

3. what do you mean by 100% inspection?

the number range is fix for the inspection lots. So, you have to use the inspection types to identify the inspection lots instead of numbers.

Thanks for the response.

1.we are using 89 inspection type.Inpection lot generation will be carried in the custom T.CODE

2.It is not stock relavent (There is no block stock and storage location for rejection and acceptance)

3.Based on sample size quantity.. we will do result recording. If the rejection quantity is above the tolerance range means whole inspection lot quantity should be inspected.That is what 100% inspection.
