Dear Nargotra, Dear Manuel

I'm wondering if the solution from Manuel did work for you Nargotra? As we have the same problem on one of our PC's I'm wondering if I can apply the solution mention in this discussion.

@Manuel: what do you mean by "Repository" and where is this Repository normaly stored? Can you give me a little more information?

I mean the files on your PC where it stores the Producer files. This is (by default) under C:\Users\{Username}\AppData\Local\CloudWA\ where you will find a folder for each Workarea, that has a name in the format of {instance}_W_{Workarea UID}_{Your Login ID}. That's the folder I refer to as your 'local repository'

BE VERY CAREFUL when touching this - it is not designed to be edited, and there's a good reason why AppData is initially hidden. But if you delete it (or RENAME it out of the way - DON'T move it to your Desktop or it will take forever to sync to your profile), the next time you open Producer it won't find a local repository and will treat this as a 'first access' and will (re)download everything.

Note that you WILL LOSE any local changes (not saved to the server) and if you have anything you have Started Editing they will remain checked out to you, so you will need to Cancel Editing on the Manager.

AGAIN, BE VERY CAREFUL AND DON'T DO THIS UNLESS IT IS A LAST RESORT AND YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING.

This is cloud, or on prem? If cloud, probably your local repository is corrupted. Delete it (or rename it out of the way) and then launch Producer again, and it will recreate it.
