We are looking on launching a new version of our welcome program with a survey integration included.
Please can you help advise what would be the best way for us to set this up?
Is there a way we can have the survey within the email so all answers are trackable (depending on answers customers will get different next set of questions)? Or would it be better (if possible) to set up as a web page pop up when customers click through on a CTA from the email to complete?
