Adding a JSPDynPage component to Navingation Panel

Hi,

I have developed a JSPDynPage Component. After developing the component I need to add that component to my Navigational panel using an iView. Unfortunately I am not able to achieve this.

Can anybody please suggest me how to add a JSPDynPage component to Navigational panel?

Hi Vishal

You cant change the default framework page anyway.

To accomplish what u have asked, create the iview and add that iview to a page. Create a role, add the page to the role.In the role properties, Change the Entry point to yes.Then logoff and login to the portal.You can see the iview in the navigation panel under the new role youu hav created.

When I create an iView I have an "Entry Point" property. By default it is "NO". Do I have to change over there also just in the role propery?

Hi Vishal

No need to change any of the iview properties.Jus change the "Entry Point" property of role to YES.
