I am currently experiencing a very odd issue with an end user's SAP Logon installation. The user was on SAP GUI 730. They migrated the users to Office 365 and they are on Windows 10.
The user was able to log on to SAP, but it has stopped working and it comes up with the Synactive GUIXT program every time it fails.
We uninstalled SAP GUI 730 and did a fresh install of SAP GUI 770, Patch Level 1, and it still fails. We even cleared the contents of folder C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Roaming\SAP\Common, before installing the new SAP GUI, but still this problem persists.
We did the SAP GUI installation check by going onto the SAP Logon Pad under Options -> System Information -> Check SAP GUI installation and it shows there are no errors or issues with the installation.
I checked on the SAP Community and followed the suggestions which were the ones I mentioned above. What else can I check or do?
