Workflow rule timing setup in c4c


Hi experts,

In creating a new workflow rule, i am curious on the timing setup.

If I want to trigger the rule for ticket only in a specific time period,

Eg. Tickets will be assigned to low priority if they are reported to system during the day at 1900-0900.

How to achieve this purpose?
