SAP Commerce SOLR issue

Hey guys,

I recently installed the cx recipe of SAP Commerce (2105) on a local instance. Unfortunately, there's some issue with solr. When I try to start the full index of the electronics shop in backoffice, the following error message appears:

05.07.2022 12:53:56: ERROR: Server refused connection at: https://localhost:8983/solr
05.07.2022 12:53:56: WARNING: Error during indexer call: electronicsIndex

Furthermore, I'm not able to access localhost:8983/solr

Can you tell me what i missed?
