現在、DBのテーブルが作成できる最大のサイズ(容量)を調査しております。
DBのテーブルの最大サイズが確認できるような手段等ありますでしょうか。

お問い合わせの件につきまして、弊社の関連資料を確認いたしましたが、
DBのテーブルが作成できる最大のサイズに対しての制限がありません。

The maximum number of columns in a row store table is 1000

-> columns / per table / CS
In general a SAP HANA column store table can have up to 64,000 columns.

-> records / per table (partition) / CS
The number of records in a table (partition) can't exceed 2^31 (i.e. 2147483648, 2 billion)
