How long does it take to confirm a payment for certification?

I have ordered a CER006 certification on my own. However, after receiving the initial response from SAP India Education about the NEFT transfer, I am not receiving any further updates on the same.

I transferred the amount as per directions. But the helpline asks us to connect only via Email which no one is responding to.

It is a huge amount of my hard earned money and just an acknowledgement/confirmation would help me with the same. Coming from a humble background I do not deserve this stress.

Sometime it take more than 24 hrs for payment to go through. Check if your payment is debited from your bank account or not.

Unlike other locations, India center do not have a direct call number. You can drop an email to education.india@sap.com and cc e-learning@sap.com. They usually respond. Never the less, if your amount is deducted from your mode of payment, you will receive payment confirmation (with some delay).

Agreed. The call number does not work. However, other than the first time response of how to transfer via NEFT, there has not been any correspondence from SAPs end. At the end of the day its a huge amount to pay for some of us and even if the process of activation of booking might take time, the least we can expect is a little courtesy acknowledgement. Some of us come from humble backgrounds so its stressful to sit and wait.

I have sent them multiple mails. But I will also send it to the e-learning one you have shared.

The amount is debited from my account and credited to their account as well.

Based on my experience, I can say the process is on the slower side, when it comes to responding back to queries. I had similar experience as well. Although they respond in 1-2 days in my case.

If you search community, you will find similar experiences from others as well. If this gives you any assurance.

I suggest follow-up in every 24 hours.
