API for Bank Integration

We need the following:

1. Retrieve balances real time from bank and import them automatically.
2. Retrieve previous day and current day statement details real time from bank and import them automatically.
3. Initiate urgent payments real time to bank, and retrieve payment statuses.

Is there any standard API available for the above requirements ?
