SAP B1 - ControlCenter custom permissions

In the Security section, as you know, there are two checkboxes in the authentication field,

1. Enable Single Sign On (Log On Using Windows Domain Account)

2. Disable Logons with SAP Business One User Accounts.

Is it possible to put a policy on these two columns that even if you know the B1SiteUser password, it is impossible to disable it?
