Change depreciation start date to a prior month in current year

I have several assets that I'm currently capitalizing this month, but were placed in service in a prior month in the current year.

Can I get guidance as how to either change the capitalization start date in S4hana to a prior period within the current year, or change the depreciation start date to a prior month?
