first scenario . : I return receipt on CCO that contain items managed by batches but i got error in monitor [ Message999 - A COM exception has been encountered:
At Invoke of: Add Description: The server threw an exception.-The di call #1 did fail.]
Second Scenario : I return items managed by batches but it pending in monitor as new and not posted.

It seems to be an issue in your DI API, try to restart the services, please.
About to the Return Receipt with batch items, it is currently not supported in the SAP Customer Checkout. When returning receipts with batch item, in the CCO monitor, the receipt will be inconsistent with one of the following below errors:
Refer to the KBA 2719036 for additional information that explains possible solution/workaround for this scenario.
