Access using a 'ZERO' object reference is not possible. (Termination CL_PROXY_FACT==CP)

I am trying to open 'BuyerPurchaseOrderCreateRequest_Async_In' web proxy in SPROXY tcode then getting following dump in S4 system.

Basically all the service provider proxies when tried to open gives the above dump.

Kindly suggest me a solution to resolve this issue.
