Inventory AR billing reversal

I want to ask. Is it possible to reverse the billing documents (1 invoice) with multiple sales order? alI just want to revise one sales order, but need to reverse the whole billing doc. May i know what will impact if reversal been done. (Fyi, this is during month end close)

Irrespective of number of sale orders clubbed, if you reverse a billing document, all the corresponding sale order line items will become open
