How Can I create an alert for Rehire Events?

Good Day!!

I have request to create an alert for Rehire Events, so whenever there is Rehire action done then alert should trigger to some stake holder at the same day when action would taken. I have configured the system through below process but it seems the configuration is not working.

> Created Alert message and workflow (add CC the required stake holders)

> Configured business rule with base object Job Information and added parameters Alert (added Alert Effective date Today and event reason - Rehire)

> Added the rule under BCUI under job information at trigger event - OnSave

Can someone please help me with correct guidance or support? Can you please let me know if I have missed something or done something wrong? It is really important to complete. Appreciate your feedback and suggestions in advance!! 🙂

Akanksha, try using "Job Information Model" versus the "Job Information" as the base object. The "Model" version of the base object is used with the New Hire flow, and I believe it used for the Rehire flow as well.

Yes - rehire action been posted on employee's record and no workflow pending. And provisioning alert job is also enabled.

Has the rehire action been posted to the employee's record or is it still a workflow pending approval?

Is the provisioning job for alerts enabled?
