Certificate renewal process do not impacts agreement. This is common for any SAP application hosted on public cloud. you need to change the new certificate to "Client Default"
Renewal process is as below:
With 89 days to expiry:
When the Client Default Certificate is going to expire in 89 Days, the Customer will receive a “Pre-announcement” notification.
This notification consists of basic information and a date on which a Staging certificate will be available for the Customer in the “Maintain Client Certificates” App.
With 30 days to Expiry:
When the Client Default Certificate is going to expire in 30 days, the customer will receive a “Announcement” notification.
The notification will inform the customer about the availability of a new Staging Certificate which customer can download from the “Maintain Client Certificates” App.
The new Certificate will be taking the name “Client Default” and the old Certificate will be with the name “Client Default Expiry”.
On the expiry day:
The Client Default expiry certificate will be removed from the “Maintain Client Certificates” App.
Post this there will be a “Confirmation” notification from SAP.
