How does SAP ByDesign deals with personal income tax?

They want to register the income tax from the supplier invoice, but I think that SAP does not recognize it. What would be the most appropriate option for your registration? Recognize the invoice and cancel it with an expense/credit and recognize the movement from a manual accounting entry?
