Hi All,
We are currently upgrading our BO system and during testing observed that using IE as browser we are unable to refresh the reports .
Note : Preference is set to HTML and Java for View and Modify parameters.
When we right click on report and select View --> refresh the cursor shows as moving in circles but refresh does not complete.
When we right click on report and select Modify --> and refresh the report, it works fine
1. BO Version : 4.2 SP 09 Patch 7
2. OS version : Windows 2019
3. WEBI reports are refreshing fine in Edge and Chrome browser.
Checked PAM and its shows IE version 11 is supported 4.2 SP 09.
Any reason why reports not refreshing on IE?
