Post-ECC and Content Server Refresh - Documents are inaccessible

Hello, Experts.

Our test system has a persistent problem where documents and invoices become inaccessible post-ECC Refresh.

We raised an OSS ticket before and it was suggested to have an ECC and Content Server Refresh using PRD backup within the same timestamp. Although we completed it last week, the docs are still inaccessible.

Can you please help us check the possible cause of this? Here's the error message below.

HTTP error: 404 (Not Found)

"\\scdscfssl01\SAPCNTTEST$\P1\04d8\SapCS.extensionArea\005056A2D20E1EDCBCABF580CAE680EE directory n

Hi,

I see both:

Storage=ContentStorage.dll

andStorage=FileSystemStorage.dll
The latter seems to address file system based Content Server. For the other one, are the databases up and running? (dbmcli db_enum)FYI, I have less knowledge of configuration of a Content Server, I'm more at the MaxDB database side.Kind regards TTK

Hi,

first of all, which version of the Content Server is in use? Does it use MaxDB to store documents (if yes, which version of MaxDB?) or does it use the file system. In the latter case, I'm not able to help.

The URL, you sent, seems to go to a file location resource.

Kind regards Thomas
