Question in subscribing to SPA.

In SAP help Portal I can see (If your subaccount already has active subscriptions to SAP Workflow Management and or SAP Intelligent RPA, then you Must create a new subaccount).

Can we delete or Remove SAP Workflow Management and RPA then Subscribe to SPA?

Is this possible or only we can create new subaccount?

Hi saravanan.k02,

The first check will be if your existing active SAP Workflow Mgmt and SAP IRPA subscriptions are under "Free Trial" model or "Free Tier".

As per my understanding SPA is available for subscription currently only in "Free Tier" and not in "Free Trial". Also "SPA - Free Tier" is not yet rolled out across all regions.

Furthermore, personally I think - it is better to create new BTP Account / Sub Accounts and subscribe additionally to SPA (under Free Tier) instead of deleting existing active ones, specially because you do not want to loose the "allocated quotas" for existing active subscriptions. Need to consider quota when you are subscribing / deleting etc..

Ex: SAP IRPA Quota details...
