MD_PEGGING_NODIALOG ORDER NOT FOUND

HI,I'm trying to use FM MD_PEGGING_NODIALOG with production order ,but there is not data out,and the Exception message is "ORDER_NOT_FOUND" like this:

but there is some data in MD09,like this

please tell me where i'm wrong thanks.
