Dear Anderson,
We have created a customer in the CCO with minimum details and saved. The created customer was synchronized to the BYD system. Now we are updating the customer details like Fax & Cell Phone Number in the CCO, but it is not updated to the BYD system even after the synchronization. There is no error while doing the synchronization.
Question:
What if the user forgot to enter the full details of the customer when he/she created the customer and later trying to update the detail from the CCO?
