Workflow for Resolve internal problem Fiori App.

Hi Team,

We are working on Resolve internal problem Fiori app (D1-D8) methodology.

In this, we are assigning the quality task to the task processor in the step (D3) & accepting the mail should get trigger to SAP Inbox or outlook. Do we need to do some kind of configuration for the same?
