Post Cloud Migration testing

Hello

We are currently trying to move our full SAP workload to Azure and scrambling to strategies the post migration testing approach . I looked on SAP OSS and Jam site however there is not much information available in this regard . Appreciate if anyone can help me with technical use cases to be tested in a system landscape to signoff on performance & operability .

Appreciate if anyone can share their experience on what are the KPIs and success factor for a cloud migration testing projects .
