Substitution - Productive Time

Hi SAP experts,

I wonder if someone here has already encountered the following issue on the substitution functionality in ByD.

The substitution is not working for any "Productive Time" entry that is not assigned to any project. However, it is working as expected for all leave requests.

I found the following SAP KBA while searching for this case; however, there is no comment on that.
