Export Classification Data of Document

I am trying to export the Characteristics + Values of a document for the specific version.

As we can do it using AUSP for a material where is shows the Internal Characteristics & the values assigned to it.

Similarly for the Document or a DIR do we have any specific table using which we export this information.
