IW31 create a work oder returns erro"No status object exists for ORD 1000144"

Hi all

While saving order in IW31 ,I am getting an error as :

No status object exists for ORD 1000144

Message no. BS001

Status parameter file already assigned

There is no "commit work" in the BADI

installed software

What is happening? Can someone help me?

Sorry Pete，I made a mistake，not external code, external Order Number Ranges.

This error usually comes when status profile is not added to object. In SD, we used to run SDSTATU2 program . but not sure if it will work here. search similar program for your orders

Is the user status in different language, is the check written with language dependent
