SAP Fiori: Metadata not loaded - See /IWBEP/ERROR_LOG in backend 'LOCAL' - An exception was raised

Hello,

I need to activate two services in t-code /IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE

C_STOCKQUANTITYVALUEBYTYPE_CDS and C_GDSMVTTHROUGHPUTQUERY_CDS

But during activation i receive the following error:

Metadata not loaded - See /IWBEP/ERROR_LOG in backend 'LOCAL' - An exception was raised....

Character String as Message

Could you please advise how i can fix it ?
