CCO Credit Card byDesign - Error Code value 5 not valid

Hi champs

we are trying to get CCO to post receipts to bydesign.

We've followed all the steps and for CreditCards Type Code 1-3 we were able to generate the token in bydesign without any issue. However as we try to register card 4-5 we always get the error

Code value 5 not valid Clear text card numbers cannot be stored, please use tokens ;

Any ideas how to fix it?
