Assuming you are in the SAP transaction where the field "actual load width" is available, you'll simply click in the field. Then from your keyboard select F1. Sometimes to select the F1 function key on your keyboard, it is also necessary to dually click the Fn (Function) key: in order to properly select the F1 function key. By clicking the F1 function key, you'll open the Performance Assistance pop-up. Then, from the menu bar, select the Technical Information button: looks like a wrench. Simply hover over the wrench, and observe the name "Technical Information", then select it. Within Field Data section of the resulting pop-up, you'll see both the Table Name and Field Name.

Thanks but that field is not present in that transaction but load width is present.

Actually, there is a report that contains shipment number from there we double click on shipment number then click on the delivery list button on the menu bar and them delivery list opens.

The report should contain actual load width

I could take the technical fileds name and get to know the common table that stores all the data.

Now how to know whether the data for laderbeite is actual or not?

Please refer the screen shot and suggest.

If you are unable to click in the field, having taken steps as suggested in answer, and it provide results; then you'll need to clarify the process, transactions (TCode), etc. in order to promote better assistance.

You mention a report, what report? is it custom? is it within the report that you see the value? or is it expected, and not present?
