Our client need approval levels more than 16 for PR\PO\Contract Service entry sheet.

With flexible workflow set up using FIORI App, we achieve approval levels using STEPS ( & Step Conditions ) related setup.

Can you pls advise us as SAP standard recommendations.

1 ) How many such maximum STEPS ( representing approval levels ) can be created \ possible technically as SAP feature.

2 ) How many such maximum STEPS are recommended.
