Displaying replicated materials in SRM

Hi there,

What is the transaction I can use to display replicated materials records and service masters.

Also what transaction should be executed to perform materail and service master delta replication.

Hi Grace,

use COMMPR01 to display products and services in SRM.

For replication, you must first complete the middleware customizing (you can find complete threads on this topic, and read detailed customizing from SRM business scenario config guides),

and then execute R3AS with object MATERIAL & SERVICE, with your source & target systems.

Thans for your response. When we run COMMPR01, we get a system message requesting we run an upgrade program. It this right?

We are on SRM 4, SP8.

Also are you saying that R3AS is the t-code to execute to do delta replications? I thought that that is for the initial load.

Dear Grace

For Inital download we use r3as.

For delta download R3AC4 - Set Up Delta Load is use to set up the delta download and to my knowlege we need to shcdule a background job SMOF_DOWNLOAD

Hi Grace,

you just have to run the upgrade program. Nothing really important, just an init step.

For delta upload, once the initial upload is executed, and if the R/3 CRMRFCPAR table is well configured (with an entry for your consumer, object MATERIAL, download type Delta) each new or changes R/3 materials will be replicated automatically (if matching with your custom filter settings).
