FIORI APPs for Post Goods receipt is not working for Sock segment more than 16 Char.

We have came across an issue for Segmented materials during Goods receipt against Purchase/Production order throu'' FIORI APP. When the length of stock segment > than 16 char. the Purchase or Production order not being displayed instead message appears as "Length should be less than or equal to 16 for client setting in mapping".

We are in S4 HANA 2020 FSP02.

Any OSS note or thought to overcome the error message.
