The error message has the answer for you - the report has not been configured with the correct login parameters. Since this is a Crystal error message, there are a couple of things you might need to look at:

1. If you're using "classic" Crystal for your reports, log in to the CMC and find the report under Folders. Right-click on the report and select "Database Configuration"

2. Set the "When viewing and scheduling report:" drop-down to "Use same database logon as when report is run".

3. If the database that the report was designed with is the correct one, add the credentials under "Use original database logon information from the report". If you need to change the database, fill in the info, including the credentials, under "Use custom database logon information specified here".

4. Click on the Update button then close the window.

5. Right-click on the report again and go to "Refresh Options".

6. UN-check "Default database logon information", click on Update, and close the window. This will ensure that the database credentials don't get overwritten if the report is re-published/updated.

looks like DB connection needs updated login info.
since you haven't provided any other details, that's the only conclusion possible.
