Customer Checkout SAP B1 - Automatic Batch Determenation

Hello dears,

I activated the option of [Automatic batch number determination] in customer checkout, but when I selected any item managed by batch, CCO opened the dialog to select batch and I couldn't find any batches. So what can i check to solve this issue ?
