Attachment available in OAAD but not showing up in GOS menu

Hi All,

I'm using function module ARCHIV_CONNECTION_INSERT to insert metadata for a document created in OpenText Content Server. The FM runs successfully, creates an Archivelink entry in TOA01 and I can also access the PDF from OAAD. But the problem is, I don't see this attachment when I open the GOS menu ->Attachment list for the corresponding business object.

I was hoping that users can still access the application document from the GOS menu, am I missing something?

Do I need to do some coding/config to make the document accessible from GOS menu?

Authorization works fine and I can see other documents (added from SAP) in Attachment list. The one that we insert using ARCHIV_CONNECTION_INSERT is not available in Attachment list.

maybe the authorization S_WFAR_OBJ is missing

also check note 1966453 - GOS: Empty Attachment list
