HANA update blocked by version mismatch of plugin

Hello, i try to update HANADB and the related plugins to an new version.

I have downloaded and extracted all archives into a folder, started hdblcm and tried to do the update, but if fails constantly.

whatever i search for a solution, it always says that i have to extract the packages into the folder, like i had done and start the hdblcm, as i have done.

I#m stuck, can someone help me pls?
