Hi Expert's ,

We are using open text Content server and archive server to process the document.

we installed the open text archive server and created one repository (Archive repository )in oac0 and mapping business object(BUS2065) with Archive repository .

While we mapping the business object with archive repository that "store business document "link will get enable and we can archive the document through gos link.

We have only 100 user licences of open text.

and there are 200 SAP user, and we are using the open text Archive server for document archiving.

so if all SAP user use the GOS link (store business document )to archive the document is it is a licence conflict issue??

For document archiving also we require same number of user licence if user store the document through GOS only (User is not going to use another functionality of Opentext Content server )??

What is the concept behind open text document archiving ?? and how it is differ from sap document archiving??
