quality and safety service

Dears,

I would like to know if there is a possibility, in Business By Design , to perform services for our company without using service order as we don't want to issue invoices.

In order to have a clearer image, our client wants to perform quality and assurance service for their own departments. Is there any solution in sap BYD does support that.
